Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows that support patients, providers, and imaging centers
• Resolve operational inquiries and issues using internal resources and SOPs
• Meet and exceed individual and team productivity and quality goals
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and share feedback with Product and Engineering
• Refine processes, documentation, and workflows to improve customer experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex operational challenges

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or healthcare operations
