**The Team:**

S&P DJI Index Governance, which oversees over 50 index committees. Index Committees operate as oversight and decision-making bodies in a fast-paced environment that values independence, global perspectives, equality, and respect. Committee chairpersons serve as critical bridges between the Index Committees and SPDJI's Governance framework, ensuring the integrity and quality of our benchmarks through collaborative decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities and Impact:**

+ Support Index Committee chairperson with comprehensive meeting preparation, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure seamless committee operations.
