Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Operations Specialist (Level I) for their Dallas, TX location. Responsibilities:

+ This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing.

+ The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards.

+ Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via UPS

+ Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation

+ Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries

+ Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlines
