What is the opportunity?

As an Operations Specialist, you will serve as a critical quality control function for the Operational Excellence team within Production Services. You will oversee complex, exception-based processes daily, ensuring systems and departmental operations execute as designed while identifying and escalating issues appropriately.

What you will do?

• Execute daily oversight of complex, exception-based processes to validate system performance against design specifications. Run and analyze reports to identify and resolve exceptions while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and firm policy requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders—including other Operations departments, RBC Business Units, external customers, and industry participants—requiring research, problem resolution, or information retrieval.
