You’ll help us organize internal workflows, track progress across ventures, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Your job is to bring order to the moving parts — whether it's coordinating deliverables, refining onboarding flows, or ensuring weekly reporting is sharp and on time.

Responsibilities

• Track internal workflows and delivery milestones across teams
• Coordinate with design, dev, and client leads to maintain clarity on tasks
• Own and refine our internal checklists, onboarding flows, and reporting templates
• Help onboard new clients and projects with operational readiness
• Monitor team progress and follow up on open actions
