**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to oversee Terminal 5 to Terminal 3 passenger connection operations at O'Hare International Airport. This individual will be responsible for supervising transportation activities, monitoring passenger transfer services, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting frontline teams throughout the shift.

The Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of approximately three drivers and serve as a working supervisor, operating the shuttle bus when needed to maintain service levels and avoid operational disruptions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and prior airport operations experience, particularly within Terminal 5 operations.
