**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

**Job Description**

This role leads a high-volume production floor in a clean, automated facility, overseeing approximately 60 associates and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. You will manage production and shipping schedules, drive continuous improvement and lean practices, and partner closely with plant leadership to meet cost, yield, and operational performance goals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise the daily work of all production employees on the floor, overseeing production and shipping schedules based on the availability of raw materials and finished goods.
+ Provide hands-on leadership by being present on the production floor, mentoring and coaching employees, and addressing employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
