My client in the logistics industry and based in the Potchefstroom area has an Operations Supervisor position available.

Duties & Responsibilities Availability of time and flexibility of schedules. Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams. Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function. Motivate, train, and develop leaders and operational teams. Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team. Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client.
