Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for new drivers, ensuring a smooth and efficient procedure flow.
Develop and implement innovative strategies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
Gather, analyze, and act upon feedback and issues from drivers, continuously improving our operational processes.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact the business, and develop proactive solutions.
Collaborate closely with departments such as Driver Management, Marketing, Product Management, Special Projects, and Offsite Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the operations team.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in operations, retail, logistics, or service industries.
Capable of managing both administrative and frontline teams.
