Position Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, leading operational teams, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring shipments are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with customer expectations and company standards. This role plays a key part in driving service excellence, continuous improvement and operational profitability while supporting the development of high-performing teams.
