Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation Management, or any related field.

With at least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, trucking, warehousing, or transportation operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Knowledgeable in trucking operations, fleet coordination, delivery scheduling, route planning, and dispatch processes.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers, clients, and internal departments.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational concerns simultaneously.
