Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Daily Management  Manage and oversee daily operational activities across warehouse, logistics and delivery. 
Execute, improve and implement operational processes and best practices. 
Ensure compliance to MOM BIZSAFE workplace safety requirements and ISO / AS9120 standards at all times. 
 Inbound  Receive goods: check items against PO/DO (quantity, description, condition, packaging). 
QC / inspection: verify correct part numbers, no damage, certificates or COCs where required. 
Label every item (barcode, part number, description, customer reference) using Zebra printers. 
System entry in Business Central (BC) on the same day: update stock, bin location, put-away. 
FIFO / FEFO discipline for shelf-life and expiry items. 
 Warehouse Management  Maintain bin accuracy: right items in the right bin, labels matching system, no orphan stock. <...
