The Operations Supervisor serves as a high-performance bridge between strategic management and shop-floor operations. The role is responsible for overseeing operational areas—including quality, cost, delivery, technical, safety, and human resources—while leveraging Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) methodologies to drive continuous improvement. This role acts as a primary deputy to the Operations Manager, assuming full operational oversight in their absence, and is expected to provide advanced data analysis to optimise performance and conduct formal and informal HR investigations to maintain organisational standards.
