Job Overview - Communicate and work with all Departments: Operations, Vault, CMS, LPM, and other branches to identify opportunities and correct issues relating to ATM balancing, ATM shortages, Stamp balancing, Stamp shortages, EJ retrieval process, claims investigation, vault shortages, E-cash compliance, CMS out of balances. Also, will be responsible for proper reporting and administration of the ICOM functions in the branch. Safety compliance with JJ Safety Forklift Trainer Training New Hire for LTC, Driver Aware, DPAS and Road testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize spreadsheets provided by management and customer to reconcile reports.
* Utilize CMS/Vault/Sofi paperwork to reconcile outages.
* Work directly with CMS Supervisor and Operations as directed to minimize branch and area
exposure to outages.
* Communicate and work directly with route personnel on ATM balancing.
