A well-established food manufacturing company based in Nasrec, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced and technically strong Operations Support Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Site Manager in driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and continuous improvement across the production environment.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising production systems and chemical processes to improve efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
