Responsibilities: - Monitor plant processes via DCS, track monthly checklists, and report abnormal alarms or plant upsets immediately to the supervisor.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, log readings to reduce downtime, and perform temperature checks on SMR tubes and cold collectors.
- Conduct regular testing on cooling water, demineralized water, and boiler water, escalating any deviations from standard specifications.
- Handle the loading and unloading of raw materials and products according to SOPs, and liaise with pipeline customers to maintain product supply quality and volume.
- Coordinate equipment handovers with maintenance teams by performing proper system isolations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
