This Operations Worker role supports daily production activities within a fertilizer packaging facility through hands‑on involvement in the safe handling, packaging, and movement of materials. Responsibilities include operating automated bagging, palletizing, and shrink‑wrapping systems, rotating across multiple workstations, and supporting overall plant operations as needed. Employees are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility through routine housekeeping and equipment upkeep. Work is performed in a fast‑paced, temperature‑controlled industrial environment, while still involving dusty conditions and physically demanding tasks such as standing for most of the shift, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day. A strong safety mindset is essential, with an expectation to follow procedures, operate equipment safely, and remain aware of surroundings at all times.
