Job Summary  Composite Operator 

Implement the Production Fulfillment Process steps related to the manufacture of thermoset composite materials by operating manufacturing equipment that includes presses, forming, extrusion, pultrusion and/or shape machines. Ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.
