The role:
As a Operator I: Entry Level Operator you will help drive our goals by:
Take responsibility for personal safety by following JM’s safe working practices, PPE guidelines, and contributing to a safe, healthy work environment, including reporting incidents and unsafe conditions.
Follow all relevant process documentation (e.g., risk analyses, process instructions, standard work) and complete batch sheets and handovers to ensure smooth, continuous production.
