ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of the job follow. Management may assign other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

+ Operation of compression presses

+ Performs TPM of packing cup cell to include oiling; greasing; entering, scraping and cleaning of booth.
+ Mixes urethane spray according to SOI
+ Operates tow motor, retrieves appropriate mold from racks and installs in press according to SOI
+ Cures, buffs, paints, post cures and inspects and packages parts according to SOI
+ Trouble shoots processes on the curing and spraying stages of job
+ Performs first and last piece inspections
+ Maintains all documentation needed for cell (TPM checklist, inspection documents, and daily chemical usage)
+ Bleeds lines, flushes with toluene, and performs preventive maintenance on spraying equipment
