懂关键组件的组装，能执行产品组装培训及特殊机型培训；懂仪器设备的基本原理，具备一定的图纸阅读能力，能协助生产中遇到的故障分析及解决方案；
具备出色的动手能力，能熟练调整生产夹具，按维护WI要求严格执行仪器设备、夹具和治具的维保工作；能独立完成不良品/返修品/样品验证工作；遵守公司相关SOP，发现产品质量隐患时，参与调查并向工程师反应直至问题解决；协助NCR(不良材料报告)处理，帮助判断不良类型、准确描述不良品存在的缺陷；能熟练使用Office软件(Word/Excel)；能协助工程师执行ECO，提供相应的反馈，如执行后第一台产品序列号等；积极协助精益产线持续改进，不断提高生产效率。Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
