**Job Title: Paint Line Operator**

**Job Description**

This role supports the paint production team by performing powder coating applications and assisting with all aspects of the powder line, including masking, hanging, palletizing, and staging. You help maintain consistent production flow, ensure products meet quality standards, and keep equipment and documentation in proper working order. You work under the direction of the Paint Production Lead while contributing to a safe, efficient, and clean production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform powder coating applications under the direction of the Paint Production Lead while actively supporting daily powder line operations, including masking, hanging, palletizing, and staging.
