**What’s a typical day as OpEX Manager? You’ll be:**


+ Developing and deploying the site’s Operational Excellence strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
+ Leading Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
+ Facilitating value stream mapping, waste reduction projects, and standardizing best practices.
+ Implementing structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone).
+ Establishing and monitoring key site performance indicators (OEE, Right First Time, deviation rates, etc.).
