Details of the Opening:
* Start Date: 8/1/26
* Contract Length: 26 Weeks (6 months)
* Shift Details: 5x8 Monday Friday
* Schedule: 8a-5p
Job Qualifications:
* Education requirements: Doctor of Optometry degree (OD), residency in pediatric optometry highly preferred.
* Provider MUST have at least 3 years' experience working with pediatric populations in a medical center setting
* Extensive exp working with ped population
* License required: CA license required
* Certifications required: BLS
* Minimum experience required: Open to different levels of exp if they have a peds residency. If no peds residency + 3 years of peds pop exp.
* EMR: EPIC
