Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily fleet maintenance operations, ensuring vehicles are serviced, maintained, and ready for use

Monitor operational performance, track KPIs, and ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded

Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime

Recruit, onboard, train, and manage technicians and operational staff across locations

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure high team productivity and engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to support 24/7 operations where required

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety standards, and relevant automotive regulations
