MAJOR FUNCTION

The OPS Learning Specialist is a grant funded position. The primary role of the person in this position is to provide positive interactions with students regarding educational and career planning, success strategies, tutoring and resources. The position also will assist with clerical and data entry duties. MINIMUM TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent diploma. Previous experience in a post-secondary educational environment, customer service experience, data entry experience, and technology skills are preferred.
