We are seeking a Ops Manager to design and build while ensuring secure enterprise authentication. This role focuses on IAM, Managing team You will work on production-grade AI systems that require monitoring, guardrails, security, and cost/token optimization, while handling real world operational issues that appear only after deployment.

What You'll Do:

Own end-to-end IAM service delivery across enterprise and cloud platforms
Manage access provisioning, identity lifecycle (JoinerMoverLeaver), SSO, MFA, and PAM operations
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement
Handle critical incidents (Sev 0/1), escalations, and drive root cause analysis (RCA)
