What the role is: The Ops Tech Specialist (COE) plays an integral role in VITAL's shared services team, leading and providing guidance to drive technical solutions and support the business with operational related investigations, optimising performance as well as business continuity planning and testing.
What you will be working on: - Drive and implement key initiatives for process redesign, improvements, standardisation and streamlining across WOG and inter‑agency/VITAL.
- Facilitate end‑to‑end process walk through, gap analysis, data analysis, process mapping and process documentation, using prevailing and emerging technologies, automation tools and solutioning.
- Generate data‑driven insights from reports and stakeholder engagements, and recommend appropriate solutions for process improvements, through data analysis techniques and tools, including modern programming languages.
