We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong exposure to US IT recruitment and OPT hiring processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of OPT Recruitment experience
  
• Strong understanding of OPT process and regulations
  
•  End-to-end OPT recruitment experience
  
•  Experience hiring H1 Transfers / Project Transfers / GC / H4 candidates
  
•  Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, job boards & sourcing platforms
  
•  Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
