Reporting to Director of Education, the Clinical Educator works with the team to provide high quality and evidenced base practice to all clinical and non- clinical staff at Corona Regional Medical Center. This role includes policy and procedure development, implementation of new skills, equipment, and processes. Competency validation completion for all disciplines. Onboarding new team members in all areas. Conducts training for Nurse Residency, Preceptor Workshop, CNA Workshops, Orientation and New to Specialty Programs.
