Oracle Apps Techno-Functional HCM Consultant Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Experience: 8+ years Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM R12 modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and Performance Management. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and provide technical solutions.
