Required Experience & Skills

Oracle CX / CRM Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration and administration.
