Mandatory qualifications
Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst within a complex environment. Minimum 2 years working with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales and Service, MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot) β Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service is preferred. Experience gathering CRM requirements covering, at minimum: contact, account, case, service request, and work order. Strong business background or solid IT understanding, with a relevant degree in business or IT. Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic setting, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Experience working in an Agile-Iterative environment and methodology. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and SMEs. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
