Hiring: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HR / HCM Functional Consultant to lead the HR transformation track in a complex Oracle Fusion implementation.

15+ years of relevant experience

Location: Saudi Arabia

Availability: Join within 15 days

Key Requirements:

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM / HR processes

Well-versed with Saudi Arabia labor & HR regulations

Ability to lead end-to-end HR transformation in large Oracle Fusion programs

Good understanding of Oracle HRMS modules and HR automation

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion best practices

Excellent communication skills to lead workshops and collaborate with technical teams

Oil & Gas domain experience is a plus
