**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Oracle Fusion Learning and Performance Specialist** to join our innovative team. This is a **REMOTE** position.

The Oracle Fusion Learning and Performance Specialist will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s system modernization efforts, to include configuring talent management frameworks, responding to/implementing/documenting required learning paths, and completing required tasks/actions.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Designing the digital frameworks for employee goal setting, multi-rater feedback loops, and annual performance appraisals.
+ Configuring the embedded Learning Management System to track mandatory compliance training, specialized skill acquisition, and leadership development programs.
