We are seeking a **Senior ERP Analyst** with deep, hands-on Oracle expertise to support and enhance Order to Cash processes across multiple business units and global stakeholders. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis — it requires practical, full-lifecycle Oracle experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to bridge functional and technical teams across a complex, multi-platform ERP landscape.

The ideal candidate has directly implemented and supported Oracle Receivables and Revenue Management, understands how Vertex integrates into the tax and billing process, and is comfortable diagnosing issues at both the system and process level — not just managing projects from the sidelines.
