This role involves leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the Oracle cloud HCM application to enhance business processes, documenting the business requirements, configuration, and testing of Oracle HCM Cloud application. We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has strong HCM business process knowledge, broad understanding of solutions, transportation industry, standard methodologies, technology designs, and operates independently to provide quality work products in our engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle HCM product to meet our business needs.
