Background The South African Reserve Bank (SARB), through the Enterprise Systems Division, has recently implemented Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud to support core human resources processes. To ensure system stability, effective adoption, and ongoing optimisation of the platform, SARB seeks to appoint an intermediate to senior Oracle HCM Functional Specialist to provide functional support and enhancements.
