Role Summary We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM professionals to lead the implementation of a specific module within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring deep functional or technical expertise in one of the following areas:
- Functional Modules: Core HR, Absence/Time, Learning, Expenses, Workforce Planning
- Technical Streams: Integration Middleware (OIC, SOA, ESB), Historical Data Migration (HDL, HCM Data Loader)
Key Responsibilities - Lead the end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and deployment of your assigned Oracle HCM module.
- Facilitate business workshops to gather and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Configure workflows, business rules, and security roles in alignment with organizational policies.
- Oversee the development and delivery of RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
