Position Overview
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting or administering HRIS or HCM systems; Oracle HCM experience preferred.
β’ Experience working in an administrative, operational, or support oriented role within HR, HRIS, or a professional services environment is a plus.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfort with web based systems.
β’ Familiarity with HR reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher preferred.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
