Position: Oracle HCM With Absence Management & Benefits Experience

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with robust expertise in Absence Management and Advantages modules. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configurations, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Perks modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy Absence and Benefits processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams.
• Support data validation, system testing, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
