The ACCESS HRA Provider Portal is currently used by Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that support clients participating in DSS Programs. The Provider Portal was originally built and designed with a focus on the SNAP and Cash Assistance programs, as those programs had the most significant presence on ACCESS HRA. As the functionality available on ACCESS HRA continues to expand into additional DSS programs and CBOs that use the system to provide feedback, there is an opportunity to expand the ACCESS HRA Provider Portal feature set.
