This position is for a senior-level Programmer with 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, including COTS(Commercial Off-The-Shelf) solutions—primarily vendor-hosted platforms. The Programmer will work within an Oracle database environment and serve as a core member of a team of technology professionals supporting agency applications and data services.

The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database structures, PL/SQL code, and data integrations that enable secure, efficient, and accurate data flow across assigned systems.
