- Configuration expertise in ORC, Performance, Goals, Talent, Journeys/Onboarding.
- Technical tooling skills with OTBI, BI Publisher for custom reports, and data migration/troubleshooting.
- Business analysis and solution design capabilities for workshops, fit gap analysis, requirements documentation, testing, and change impact assessment.
- Stakeholder-facing consulting skills, including strong communication, issue triage, and driving SRs with Oracle.
