We are looking for an Orchard Supervisor to join our Ōpōtiki team. This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role where no two days are the same. You will oversee day‑to‑day orchard operations across Seeka‑managed orchards, ensuring best practice, strong team coordination and consistent production outcomes.

Working closely with the Orchard Manager, you’ll help plan, organise and communicate orchard work programmes, while training and supervising orchard teams to meet seasonal demands.
