Responsibilities

You will oversee all orchard work on Seeka-managed orchards, ensuring best practice is adhered to and optimum production is achieved. You will train and supervise orchard teams in vinework to meet seasonal demands, liaise daily with the Orchard Manager to discuss continuity of orchard work programmes, and communicate updates to teams.

The role is responsible for monitoring and motivating picking and pruning teams and orchard contractors to ensure crops are harvested and maintained according to Seeka standards and specifications.
