The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
- Confidently take customer orders, paying attention to all details
- Reply to queries, in a timely manner: by email, phone, text message, Facebook, Instagram
- Invoice customers, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Communicate with decorators, to ensure customers receive accurate quotes
- Manage incoming online orders
- Manage voicemails
- Help to come up with ideas for merchandise, promotions, etc.
- Create social media campaigns to drive awareness
- Help when required, serving customers, using the p.o.s. system, and handling cash
