Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Order Entry Specialist.

**What you’ll do:**

The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order entry, price verification, and order clearing in compliance with Eaton policies, while ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role involves handling customer complaints and providing both pre-sales and post-sales support, analyze and coordinate priorities of sales orders and keep track of performance to insure 100% on time delivery of product to the customer. Maintain an effective communication system with customers for the solution of problems and claims. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset, fostering continuous improvement, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting Eaton’s goals and service excellence standards.
