Join the team as an Order Management Assistant and gain hands-on exposure to AI and robotic process automation in a dynamic work environment. Order Fulfillment Assistant Job Responsibilities: Process new orders and order changes within set service level agreements via SAP Order Management System. Create and manage Customer business partner records setups required in SAP system. Perform proper execution of Order Management processes. Participate in projects for process standardization,Continuous Process Improvement and process automation using available tools (e.g.AI, RPA). Perform order pricing analysis and be able to assist in collaborating with the Account Manager, Pricing Team and/or Sales to resolveorder pricing issue.
