Your role and responsibilities - Managing customer orders end-to-end in ERP systems (from order entry to invoicing)
- Coordinating order execution with Sales, Logistics, Service and Finance teams
- Monitoring order status and ensuring on-time delivery
- Verifying commercial data (prices, terms and conditions, Incoterms)
- Communicating with customers and resolving operational issues
- Supporting continuous improvement of the order-to-cash process
